ExcelCoat ZRS

The ZRS Spot Coater is a high throughput, multipurpose machine that raises the bar in advanced finishing machinery. With a quick change flexo-style plate system and sophisticated camera registration technology, the ZRS is the perfect fit for packaging and commercial print applications.

Designed to meet the standards of the most demanding production environments, the ZRS30 utilizes an integrated camera registration system to compensate for digital drift. The quick change sleeve system allows for swapping out coating plates/blankets in seconds.

Harris & Bruno International has revolutionized offline coating by introducing ExcelCoat, a workhorse of a machine built with high-quality components that can replace multiple UV coaters and meet modern production speeds.

Through incorporating a Chamber/Anilox Metering System, ExcelCoat consistently lays down Matte, Soft Touch, AQ, Specialty UV and superb Gloss.

Automated adjustments, quick change-overs and 50 memory set-points offer the ability to coat a wide assortment of print variables. Plus, Harris & Bruno’s renowned quality and service guarantee years of dependability!

ExcelCoat ZRB

The ZRB "Base" roller coater machine offers excellent reliability at a modest price. The ZRB is on an upgradeable platform, allowing a chamber/anilox, IR and other features to be added for tailored applications.

The ZRB is an offline/inline machine that coats various substrates up to 30 inches wide in sheet form. It’s a roller coater with a reverse-direction metering roll that delivers flat and uniform UV Gloss.

It’s upgradeable to a chamber/anilox metering system that can coat High Gloss UV, Matte UV, Specialty UV, as well as Aqueous coatings if the optional IR Dryer is added. Various machine sizes are available.
